Please follow the guidelines below when returning orders: |

All returned products must be received in resalable condition. Resalable products must be free from price tags, stickers, glue, dents, scratches or other marks. Discontinued product, or product in outdated packaging will not be accepted for return. |

Returns (other than Dermalogica) must be received by Salon Services & Supplies within 60 days of the invoice date, and be accompanied by the invoice or invoice number; all qualifying returns will be subjected to a (minimum) 5% restocking fee. If the return is received within 60 days but is not accompanied by an invoice/invoice number, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. All returns made after 60 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. |

Products returned that were purchased as part of a promotion will be credited to reflect the actual cost savings. |

All defective products will be accepted with no restocking fee. |

Cosmetics Due to our quality standards regarding sanitation, we will not accept any cosmetic or skin care products returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or due to an allergic reaction. The only exception is the Youngblood Stock Re-balancing Policy (contact Customer Service for details). |

Dermalogica Stock merchandise returned for credit or refund must be in the same condition as when sold and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned goods will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
Retail products returned due to customer
dissatisfaction will be replaced at no charge with one of the same product. NO substitution or credit-on-account will be allowed.

HairDo All returned products must be received in resalable condition and unopened. Returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date and be accompanied by invoice or invoice number. Due to quality standards, we will not accept any HairDo product returns out of original packaging, unless the product is damaged or has defective clips. Any defective returns must be sent back to Salon Services corporate offices in order for credit to be issued. |

Miscellaneous Hair and body accessories, apparel, and backbar products are not returnable. |
