Brand Manager: Kadus/Brocato

We are currently seeking Beautopia Brand Manager for our Kadus color and Brocato hair care lines.

The Kadus/Brocato Brand Manager is expected to meet high standards of productivity and quantifiable goals in field sales. This position requires initiative, a highly developed sense of responsibility and a proven record of one or more years of success in outside sales.

The ideal candidate must have experience in business planning, business development, people management, execution and implementation, and possess a thorough knowledge of all available sales tools and techniques. Excellent human relations skills are required to effectively train and motivate sales team personnel.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, develop, and direct marketing efforts for the Kadus and Brocato brands throughout Washington, Oregon, Utah, and Idaho.
• Responsible for coordinating activities of sales, advertising, promotion, and market research in conjunction with the Salon Services team and the Beautopia Corporation.
• Responsible for key account development, brand education, assisting sales consultants while providing exemplary service, developing customer base and building the Kadus/Brocato brand awareness.
• Direct, train and evaluate education team and salon staff
• Participate in the development and execution of salon events.
• Planning and budgeting of distributor level hair shows and events as necessary.

Dermalogica Educator

Qualifications include:
Proficiency in Youngblood product and application knowledge. Work in a salon that carries the entire Youngblood line. Be a licensed with at least 3 years in-salon experience. Poises, professional and comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Ability to present ideas, concepts and product knowledge in a passionate, enthusiastic and effective manner.
