Learn which style you use, how to recognize the styles of others and get tips on the best methods of interaction with each type of communicator. The knowledge learned in this seminar will improve communication not only in the salon, but in all aspects of your life!

This session is taught by Matthew Fairfax, principle of both James Alan Salon and Northern Torch Consulting. For over 20 years, Matthew has been involved in all areas of Human Resources, including: compensation, benefits administration, organizational development, labor relations and group facilitation & training.
